FLOATING-ISLAND WIND TURBINE PLANT FOR FUELING MOH GAS PRODUCTION
This is a concept for a MOH-Gas, Pure-Hydrogen and Oxygen producing Factory, powered by one or several Wind Turbines and eventually combined with PV-Solar Panel groups, all that installed on a Floating ( and Sailing on its own ) BFC Platform, located in deep waters, in a zone with HIGHEST WIND intensity.
We are working on a technology for capturing even the weakest winds by a super-strong, super-lightweight and cheap BFC wind-concentrator funnel construction, comprised of computer-controlled foldable blinds. In weak winds blinds are closed, thus collecting as a funnel all the wind flows around the propeller . In stronger winds the blinds are open, producing zero drag. In medium wings the computer adjusts the blinds at the best semi-opened position for the best performance. Calculations and experiments will show how large the sails should be for a most effective job.

The advanced Platform's Construction is made of Basalt-Fiber Composite - https://basalt-fiber-composite.alle.bg -- 3 times stronger and lighter and 20 times cheaper than Steel, also 100% stainless and chemically-resistant to the salty Seawater and the Solar UV-Rays, 100% Fireproof and Abrasion-Proof.

The Platform is equipped with 15-20m long and strong BFC Pillars, ending with MOH-Gas Pneumatic Propellers, allowing Autonomous Sailing to the Zones of best weather and wind / solar conditions, in the same time avoiding, or, if needed - fighting high waves, up to 10-20 meters high, by elevating and still-levelizing to a 100% safe level and directing the entire Platform towards the waves by the Vectorizing Propellers .

In calm sea conditions, Propellers are switched-off, and the Platform floats on its base deck.

The unique Floating & Sailing Mode allows any point with strong winds to be chosen, across the world, in the same time avoiding danger zones with Storms, high Waves and Hurricanes.

Making and selling Fuel is many times more profitable than selling Power. One kW power's price is 4 cents, while the 1kg (2,000L) of liquid MOH gas fuel, made by 1kW free Wind Power, out of free Seawater, could be sold for $2 or 50 times better.

The Platform could float ON the water surface as a ship, or to be elevated OVER the sea waves, by the help of underwater floating tanks.

Platform with all the equipment installed on it, could be also made SUBMERCIBLE, down to 20-30-50m depth underwater, in case of sudden strong winds / hurricanes and high waves occur. Platform will submerge after replacing the air in the air chambers with water, by pumps, which will pump the air back when the storm is gone and the Platform pops up to the sea surface again.

Platform could be also equipped with its own Propulsion Engines, allowing sailing to calmer or windy seas, according to the weather forecast.

CLEAN FUEL PRODUCTION on the Platform.

The MOH Gas Factory, fixed on the Platform, will produce non-stop Pure Hydrogen and Oxygen, and/or Universal Clean MOH (Modified Oxygen-Hydrogen) Gas Fuel. will Liquefy the MOH Gas at 1bar/-178deg.C, and will pump and store it in LNG tanks, which will be shipped then to the land on regular basis, by ships. https://fuels.alle.bg

The universal, 100% clean and renewable MOH Gas Fuel and the Hydrogen Gas will be produced on-board the Platform out of deionized seawater, by an original low-power (0.4Wh/L MOH) technology, invented by our team of scientists.

Hydrogen and Oxygen produced, will be compressed and pumped into relevant tanks for such gases.
All tanks will be stored in lots, to be shipped on a regular basis to the land, by ships.

The Platform will be made of Basalt-Fiber Composite (BFC) assembly-modular lightweight floating elements.

This material is 3-5 times stronger than steel, 20 times cheaper, and lighter than wood. It is made of strong, micron-thin and miles-long Basalt Fibers, weaved and then welded together by the unique flame of the SOH Gas, into an extremely strong and lightweight, porous "bone structure".

This structure is practically unbreakable, it is stainless, waterproof, fireproof (up to 1,200deg.C), 100% chemically-resistant (incl. to the aggressive salty seawater), UV-proof, abrasion-proof.

Same SOH gas will be used for the Basalt Rock's Mining, Melting and Drawing into fibers, at a cost, close to zero.

Stoichiometric Oxygen-Hydrogen (SOH) Gas Composition is being produced by a modified, low-power water electrolysis, at an extremely low cost.

The Modified OH (MOH) Gas Composition is made by a specially-activated with low-frequency ultrasound, modified, low-power (0.4Wh/L) water electrolysis.

Unlike the regular SOH, the MOH Gas can be safely compressed (at 200, 300, 700 bar), liquefied at1bar/-178deg.C, pumped into CNG/LNG cylinders and tanks, stored there for years and shipped safely across the world.

MOH is safe - cannot be ignited by a spark at normal conditions.

MOH can burn in all gas-converted IC Engines as a 100% Sole Fuel.

MOH is 100 times Cheaper than the H2, offered on the retail market today.

MOH is the best H2-Storage, 2.5 times denser than the Hydrogen (167kg/m3 vs 70kg/m3)

MOH was patented in 2011 in Japan as Ohmasa Gas.

A fully assembled floating wind turbine has left the Port of Dundee in Scotland to be installed on the Kincardine floating wind farm located around 15 kilometres south-east of Aberdeen.
The vessel Pacific Duchess, assisted by two tugs, left the Port of Dundee on Thursday morning, 16 August, with the wind turbine in tow.
The 2MW unit will be the first to be installed on the demonstration site.
Kincardine Offshore Windfarm Limited (KOWL), the developer of the 50MW project, plans to install six more floating wind turbines at the site with an individual output of up to 8.4MW.
The turbines will be installed in depths of between 45 and 143 metres and connected by inter-array cables.
The electricity produced will be delivered to the onshore grid via two export cables. The wind farm’s cable system will be provided by Prysmian Group.
